The layout, fittings, finishes, equipments, furniture, decorations, displays and all other items displayed in the photos may not be provided or used in the residential lift lobbies, entertainment room and multi-function room in the Development. Products, goods and/or services rendered under「限時搶購」、「GO 購」and “Services” in this App are provided by third party companies without the involvement of Henmell Investment Limited and Country House Property Management Company Limited. Henmell Investment Limited and Country House Property Management Company Limited make no representations, undertakings or warranties as to the quality of products, goods and/or services rendered by any third party company. The relevant third party company may at its discretion to, from time to time and without prior notice, change or vary the price of products or the scope of services, charges or servicing hour, etc.
The “Cloud-based Interactive Community” makes use of the “Push Notification Service” provided by JPush. CardApp Limited, Henmell Investment Limited and Country House Property Management Limited do not guarantee the successful or timely reception.
All fares for public transportation listed in this App are standard Adult Octopus fare for single journey.
Downloading, installation and/or use of this App may consume wireless data. User should be aware of and be responsible for the fees incurred.

The supply of Personal Data is voluntary and entirely at your own discretion. However, failure to supply Personal Data may make us not able to fulfill the above purposes and/or to provide services to you.
