The “Cloud-based Interactive Community” makes use of the “Push Notification Service” provided by JPush. CardApp Limited does not guarantee the successful or timely reception.
All fares for public transportation listed in this App are adult Octopus Card fares for single journey.
Download or use of this App may consume wireless data. The user should be aware of and be responsible for the fees caused.
Merchants have their own applicable terms and conditions, in relation to their goods and services, and you agree (and shall) abide by those terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available meet your specific requirement
CardApp Limited takes measures to ensure that all personal data submitted through “Cloud-based Interactive Community” is handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Data Collection and Use
We may collect your personal data in order to provide you with our services, products and facilities through conventional channels, mobile application or other means. Our services, products and facilities primarily relate to property management. We may also generate and compile information about you. In this PICS, the references to "you"include (as appropriate) each individual who is an owner and/or user and,where an owner is a company or other entity, also include each of its directors and shareholders and individuals in an equivalent capacity; and the references to "your personal data" include (as appropriate) the personal data of each of these individuals.
You are not obliged to supply your personal data, but if you do not, we may not be able to provide the requested services,products or facilities.
We may use your personal data for one or more of the following purposes from time to time :-
(i) (if mobile application is available)providing our mobile application ("App") and registering you for using the App;
(ii) providing property management services(including repair and maintenance) and related products, facilities, activities and arrangements;
(iii) handling applications or requests for services, products, facilities or activities, and related matters;
(iv) protecting the safety and security of persons and property, including preventing, detecting, investigation and reporting crimes, unlawful or suspicious activities;
(v) calculating the management fees and other amounts payable by you from time to time, and collecting or recovering any amount owing by you;
(vi) overall relationship management and communication, including handling and investigating enquiries, comments,incidents or complaints;
(vii) providing you with, handling your applications for, and administering offers, memberships, rewards, promotions,discounts, privileges, advantages or benefits whether of a financial nature, in the form of gifts or otherwise.
(viii) conducting statistical research and analysis (the outcome of which will not reveal your identity); and
B. Transfer of Your Personal Data
To facilitate the purposes set out above,we may disclose or transfer your personal data to the following parties(whether within or outside Hong Kong) except that any transfer of your personal data to another person for it to use in direct marketing will be subject to“Use and/or transfer of Your Personal Data for direct marketing” section below:-
(i) any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, information technology or other services to or support the operation of our business;
(ii) any person under a duty of confidentiality to us including our accountants, legal advisers or other professional advisers;and
(iii) any person to whom we are required to make disclosure under any law, court order, direction, code or guideline applicable in or outside Hong Kong.
C. Use and/or transfer of Your Personal Data for direct marketing
We intend to use your personal data (i.e.name, contact details, services and products portfolio information and demographic data) for direct marketing and/or provide your personal data to the persons set out in B(i) above for direct marketing. We may not:-
(i) so use your personal data; or
(ii) so provide your personal data to other person(s),
unless we have received your written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) to the intended use and/or provision.
In connection with direct marketing, we intend:-
(a) to use and analyze your personal data collected, generated, compiled or held by us from time to time for understanding the needs and preferences of real estate property purchasers;
(b) to market the following classes of services and products to you:
(1) services, products and facilities offered by us or any of the persons set out in B(i) above (including real estate agency services, credit facilities and financial services);
(2) offers, memberships, rewards, promotions,discounts, privileges, advantages or benefits provided by us or any of the persons set out in B(i) above; and
(3) donations or contributions for charitable or non-profit making purposes, or social corporate responsibility events or activities;
(c) to provide your personal data to any of the persons set out in B(i) above, in return for money or other property, for their use in direct marketing the classes of services and products described in C(b)above.
